  • Do I Need to Open an Account to Place an Order?

    No. The website is designed to make it easy to place an order without an account.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    DSK Hub accepts all major forms of payment such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Do You Charge Sales Tax on Orders?

    That depends. For the time being, state law requires that I charge sales tax on the total amount of the order only if the the billing or shipping address is in Texas.

  • When Will You Charge My Credit Card?

    In most cases, your card will be charged when the order has entered the shipping process.

  • If I Live Outside The United States Where The American Dollar is Not The Currency, in What Currency Will I be Charged?

    If you live outside the U.S., the charge will be converted by your bank into your local currency and will appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

  • Usted Habla Espanol?

    Si. Espanol opcional.

  • Do You Offer Coupons or Promotions?

    Occasionally, DSK Hub will offer coupons and promotional codes to customers on the email list. In most cases, these coupons will expire after a certain period of time. At present, coupons found on the website and in my marketing emails are the only authorized coupons.

  • What Happens if an Item is Mistakenly Over / Underpriced?

    Sometimes, items are priced incorrectly. If this happens, you will be contacted for instructions prior to shipping or I will cancel your order and notify you.

  • I Selected a Product That Apparently is Backordered? What Do I do Now?

    Occasionally, because of the popularity of an item, it's necessary to place it on backorder until a new shipment is received. If this happens, you will be promptly notified and provided with options to fulfill your current order if you wish to do so.

  • How Do I Change Quantities or Cancel an Item in My Order?

    If you need to change any quantity or cancel part of your order, please get in touch with me before the order ships. In most cases, you will have 36 hours after the order is placed to contact DSK Plus to make any changes. Once an order has been packed and shipped, it can't be changed or cancelled.

  • How Can I be Sure if a Knife is Legal in My City or State?

    Some of the products on the DSK Hub website are restricted by specific countries, states, or cities. When you purchase an item from the website, you are affirming that you have the legal capacity and are of legal age to make such a purchase. Regrettably, because of the complicated and changeable nature of state knife laws, I'm simply not able to provide up-to-date information on knife legality in your particular locale.

  • Has My Order Shipped?

    That depends. If all of the items were in stock at the time you ordered, and you ordered more than 36 hours ago (excluding weekends), your order has probably been shipped. However, if some of the items weren't in stock (an unfortunate, rare occurrence) then it's possible your order could be delayed. If this happens, I will contact you by email to alert you. If you need more information, contact DSK Plus.

  • How Long Will it Take For My Merchandise to Arrive?

    When you place an order with DSK Hub, you'll receive an estimated delivery date during the checkout process. Your actual day of delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose. Delivery to any locale within the continental USA should take 5 business days or less (excluding Sunday). Please be aware that occasionally bad weather and/or shipping company delays can slow down delivery.

  • How Do I Track My Order?

    When an order is actually shipped, an email will be automatically sent to the email address on your order. You can track the order by clicking on the link in the email.

  • What if My Order Never Arrives?

    If your merchandise hasn't arrived, there are several possible reasons: There was no one at the shipping address to sign for the package. If this happens, unless you asked us to waive the signing requirement, the item is usually held by the carrier until it can be signed for. The credit card used for the purchase may have been declined. If this happens, then the order won't be shipped. I'll send you an email to alert you, but it's a good idea to check your credit card charge history to see if the purchase was posted. If not, the order was probably declined.Your method of payment has an effect on order fulfillment. Checks and Money Orders have to be physically received before an order is processed and shipped.

  • Is There a Way to Check The Status of My Order on Your Site?

    Yes. You can visit the Check Order Status page to view the current status of your order. You'll need the order number and billing address zip code. Alternately, you can simply email me your order number and tell me that you're checking on the status of your order.

  • What Shipping Options are Available to Me?

    I offer USPS First Class Parcel, Priority / Priority Express and FedEx Express Saver / 2-Day Shipping (second day and third day) on most orders -- just choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

  • What is The Cost of Shipping?

    The website will supply you with information on shipping costs based on your preferred method during the checkout process. Shipping prices are based on the the exact quote of major carriers to ship from the warehouse to your address, unless otherwise specified.  NOTE:  Some items have a fixed shipping cost which will be displayed on the product page.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    At this time, I ship internationally to Canada only.

  • Can You Explain The "Free Shipping" Advertisement on Your Website?

    I'd be happy to. If you purchase $100 or more of qualifying items from DSK Hub, the shipping cost is on me. To take advantage of this FREE Shipping offer, select products totaling $100 or more and place in your cart.  During checkout, when prompted, just select "Free Shipping" as your preferred shipping method. It's as easy as that. This offer only applies to orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States.  This offer does not apply to wooden display cases.
