Returns Policy

  • What is Your Return Policy?

    DSK Hub offers a 20-day no-risk money back guarantee*.

    If you're not satisfied with your order, I'm happy to accept a return or an exchange. I'll credit the full purchase price for each item you return, including original shipping costs you may have incurred, to the credit card used to make your purchase. For partial returns, refunds of shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of each item.

    Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition (new and unused) and you must contact me via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 20 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you'll have 30 days to return the item back to DSK Hub.

    *The money-back guarantee only applies to the original cost of the actual product plus shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to DSK Hub. All returned items must be insured for their full value.  There is a 10% restocking fee on non-defective items to compensate for lost shipping, credit card and handling costs.

    If you need to return an item because of a defect in materials or workmanship, please let me know in an email with an explanation of the defect. In most cases, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. All returned merchandise is inspected for defects and return shipping costs are waived based on that inspection.

  • Who Pays For The Cost of Shipping a Return Back to You?

  • What if an Item is Defective?

    If you need to return an item because of a defect in materials or workmanship, please let me know in an email with an explanation of the defect. In most cases, I will send you a
    pre-paid return shipping label. All returned merchandise is inspected for defects and return shipping costs are waived based on that inspection.

 

  • I live outside the United States and my item didn't make it through customs in my country. Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, in the above situation, we are only able to issue a refund if the item is returned to us. If    so, we will issue a full refund minus shipping fees and costs.

  • How Long Does it Take to Get My Refund?

    You should see a credit of the charges on your bank account within 4 weeks of shipping your return back to DSK Hub. Most refunds will be applied faster. This waiting period includes transit time back to DSK Hub, the time it takes to inspect and process the return and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request. I'll notify you by email of your refund once your return has been received and processed.
